Goods and all other inputs supplied to these units by
local suppliers, are treated as Deemed Exports and are
eligible for deemed export benefits such as Duty Drawbacks,
Terminal Excise Duty and CST Reimbursement. |

Foreign
Equity upto 100% is permissible. |

Goods
manufactured in STP / EHTP / EOU are permitted to be
sold on concessional rate of duties
in local market upto 50% of the FOB Value Exported
